Today is Wednesday, May 12, 2010 and today's posting is about becoming a Constitution Whiz Kid! The last two class lessons have focused on the Amendments to the Constitution. Amendments are additions or changes to the Constitution. Today, I would like you to take a little trip down the "interactive Constitutional timeline" and then come back to today's posting and tell me about some new and cool information you learned from today's journey.

Listen and read through the preamble on the opening screen. When the Preamble stops, proceed to the the date 1791 on the timeline and begin looking, listening and exploring what was happening during the time the Amendments were being added to the Constitution.
